The menu is the classics done right: tacos, burritos, birria, quesadillas. Everything made to order. Bring the whole family — we're out there every Saturday and Sunday.

Birria Tacos

Slow-braised beef dipped in its own drip, crisped hard on the griddle. Rich consommé on the side — don't leave without it.
The Nikki Burrito

A house original — your meat and fixings wrapped inside flour tortilla, then pressed on the griddle until the outside goes golden and crackly. Order it.
Tacos al Pastor

Pork marinated in red chile and achiote, crisped at the edges. Warm corn tortilla, sharp onion, bright cilantro — nothing else needed.
Tacos de Carnitas

Braised low and slow until it falls apart, then hit with heat so the edges go golden. One of the best things on the menu.
Tacos de Carne Asada

Char-grilled steak chopped while it's still resting. Salt, lime, onion, cilantro. That's the whole thing.
Tacos de Lengua

Slow-braised beef tongue — for the people who know to order it.
Burritos & Quesadillas

The burrito wraps your choice of meat with rice and beans in a press-warm flour tortilla. The quesadilla — folded flour, melted cheese, your meat, griddle-pressed until golden.
